Robyn Cadzow is a 45 year-old who lives in Alice Springs, NT, and has been a Telstra shareholder for 9 years.

If I were Telstra’s CEO I would...Ensure the competition who currently do not have to supply infastructure, pay full tote odds for the privilege, and then we will see who gives the best deal for telecommunications. From what I can make out, Telstra technicians are the ones who have to fix and maintain the lines and install new technology. It is my opinion companies from o/s are taking advantage of Telstra. Australians, even if they live in remote (as against rural) Australia, and who remain loyal should have the best telecommunication options in the world, at an affordable price. I feel Australians are currently propping up those companies who do not have to install infrastructure and supply technical support to their customers.

If you asked me what I did, I'd say...Work full-time|Investor|Student|Household duties

I bought most of my Telstra shares in...T1

I bought Telstra shares because...Telstra was an Australian company, and I thought it would be my responsibility to keep it that way.

My first successful investment was...I believe Telstra shares have returned fairly well, regardless of the hype in the media, and they are the only shares I have!

The best investment I ever made was...Firstly, Telstra shares, and secondly a one-bedroom investment unit in Alice Springs.

What I learned from my worst investment decision...Don't buy a 3 bedroom executive unit on a beer salary!

The best investment advice I’ve ever been given...One of my parent's employees once told me that money matters always sort themselves out, so it is no use sweating about it.
