Video websites are sucking up bandwidth and telcos face massive challenges ensuring consumers can continue to get reliable service. In the United States the issue has sparked a debate over 'Net Neutrality' as network owners consider giving priority to some internet traffic.

BigPond Managing Director Justin Milne looked at the implications for Australia in an address to the Australasian Media and Broadcasting Congress.
