Images from The Long Walk - Dreamtime at the MCG with Michael Long

In 2004, Essendon legend Michael Long set out on a 600km walk from Melbourne to Canberra. His goal was to raise awareness of the injustices being suffered by Indigenous Australians.

This year Michael Long led thousands of supporters on "The Long Walk" from Federation Square to the MCG, to show their support for a united Australia.

Telstra was a proud partner of this years event, donating 50,000 glow-sticks, which helped light up the path to the MCG.
