Sol Trujillo interview with Telecom TV

Telstra CEO Sol Trujillo has delivered a keynote presentation at the TM Forum’s Management World 2008. The conference, a global event for the management of information, communications and entertainment services, is attended by 2000 representatives of carriers and vendors.

This year’s theme is ‘transformation’. Sol spoke about all the elements of Telstra's end-to-end transformation and told the audience Telstra had conducted more than 900,000 interviews with customers as part of its market based management strategy to meet the customer's needs and deliver a new customer experience.

Following his keynote address Sol spoke with TM Forum TV about the process of transforming Telstra’s regulatory focused culture into one that is customer and market driven.
