Ideas to help the 'middle' of an organisation implement social media ideas.
This week myself and Iggy Pintado (twitter.com) in Sydney presented before the Australian Marketing Institute on social media. Iggy was the keynote speaker and is the author of the 'Connected Generation' (iggypintado.com.au) . Iggy highlighted the steps in his book how corporations/organisations (applies to individuals as well) can engage in social media.
